So i made some custom focus icons but when i export the mod with them they dont show up and i wonder how to fix it?

In the Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod\yourmod\interface\something.gfx file you need to add a line at the top of the file that says:

"spriteTypes = {

"

and you need a new closing bracket at the end off course.
