Upon importing focus trees, all focuses show as "undefined."
Not sure what causes it or if there's an easy fix, it's just tedious to go throw and have to rename every focus.

"Undefined" is the title which appears if you don't import the correct localisation for that specific focus tree

is this not the right localization file?

Which focus tree are you trying to import. If it's one from a DLC, e.g. Estonia, then you need to use the one for the DLC it's from. It'll be named something like "NSB_focus_l_english" (replacing NSB for whatever the DLC is)
