can this website import like older focus tree files from pre NSB patch?

i have a focus tree file that is dated like patch 1.4.2 so very old
so is there any requirments to import focus tree files?

edit : sorry about the multiple post i didnt do anything but suddenly i have 4 same post even tho i posted one probally a glitch

edit 2 : i notice that it applys to events too
edit 3 : i actually manage to import a file from the base game and it work
now when i tried to import anything either from the base game or the dead mod im trying to revive it had a very very very slow loading like it wont even load at all just one slow loading
