One quick thing I noticed. Are the nations you're having issues the UK and Germany?
Their filenames (the name used on the country list on your mod page) don't match the game's filenames, meaning they won't override the base game files. You can change the filename (doesn't change anything you have edited inside the country tool) by pressing the Settings (cog wheel) icon next to their names.
The file names are:
"Britain" for the UK
and "Germany" for Germany

are you using any webp files for the picture?
or anything that is isnt a png,jpeg or dds?
if so please convert it into atleast a png
cuz the website cant handle webp images
its just too large lol
not that you have to compress it or anything it just wont work trust me

also another thing off-topic can u add a feature where you can adjust the start dates correctly for example 1936 under 1942 and add how long and big
where you select the start dates ik how to do it but it would be much easier also (this might be a stretch) but i want where you can customize the toolbox where you select your start date
(ik this should be at site suggestions part)
