when i use my mod in hoi4 it only comes up with three of the six focuses i have try my other focus tree on my other mods i made and it does the exact same

 i checked the mod and all of them where there in notepad++

I just built a new focus tree and am having the same prob, very strange

If you run the game in debug mode, what errors do you get?
