For the idea "The german disater" you have "- 0.05" in the Modifier and On Add fields.

If you are trying to set stability down by 5% you need to ensure there's no space between the - and number "-0.05".

Also, this doesn't need to be in the modifier, as you have already removed the 5% stability with the On Add.

In the focus "support our dominion in india" (eft focus tree) the value of the bypass is invalid:

create_faction = 'british_empire_alliance'

add_to_faction = BA1

The above can only be used in the completion reward section. The bypass are a set of conditions which must be met for the focus to auto-complete (e.g. BA1 = { has_manpower > 10000 } )

In the focus "radical way" (pr focus tree) you have the following in the reward "ideology = Fascist" this needs to be "ideology = fascism"

In the focus "liberty for prussia" you also need to change "ideology = democracy" to "ideology = democratic"

In your start date, you have put the default country as "AB2, BA2, CB3, BC4, AB3" you need to select just one tag. The default country is the one which is selected by default when you select the start date; for example, how Germany is selected when you start the default 1936/1939 start dates, even though it isn't the first country in the list.

For some of the country leaders you have put their expire date in the incorrect format, for example "Leon Trotsky" in "duchy of siberia" you have put "1953/04/12" whereas it needs to be "1953.04.12"

In your event "Third boer war" you have it set to "Is triggered only" but also have a "Trigger" set.

These are mutually exclusive fields. "Is triggered only" means the event will be triggered by an action a player/the AI takes; e.g. completing a focus. The "Trigger" is a set of conditions which must be met before the event fires; e.g. a nation declares war on another.

As for the flags, were they by any chance uploaded more than a few weeks ago? There was a bug in the image converter on the website, which meant that if the image wasn't in the correct aspect ratio (e.g. 82*52 / 410*260 /etc.) then it wouldn't convert it to the correct size. If you feel the flag(s) may have been uploaded them, it may be worth re-uploading them, so they can be resized correctly.

Apart from some of the issues mentioned before, there's nothing in there which should stop the events firing.

From the look of things:

"Third boer war" will trigger after England and Boer are at war. And "Prussian invasion of lithuania" will trigger after when Prussia is at war with Lithuania. 

Both of these should trigger either on the day, or the day after, the war between the nations start.

The problem may be that:

"Third boer war" will automatically close itself either the day after the event trigger, or 2 days after.

"Prussian invasion of lithuania" will automatically close itself either the same day, or the day after, the event is triggered.

As you have set the "Timeout days" to 2 and 1, respectively. The timeout days is how many days a player has to do an action with an event. 

Usually all event timings should happen in the number of days specified, but they can take an extra day, depending on what the trigger is.
