Wrong ideology and divisions in the wrong place
GRE is the default tag of Greece, so that may be the issue, as it is reading Greece's files as its own.
If you change the tag of the country (in the Misc tab) to something unique this should solve the issue.

I'm making a mod, with a monarchist ideology, I set Germany to monarchy(trying to do an alternate ww1 scenario), and when I test the mod, it's non-aligned. I have a lot of other monarchies without this issue. Next, all of the German divisions are spawning in Greece, and only 12 of them (they're supposed to have 30). These are the only two issues I've had so far, any potential fixes? (note, I changed the tag to "GRE" so that it wouldnt modify Germany)
