Movement, Refreshment Problem

The problem essentially is, when I attempt to move a focus, it moves on the first time but locks after it's been moved, forcing me to refresh which only resets the focuses and makes them both the same name and description, forcing me to edit them. When I run into a similar problem I need to refresh, re-paste and rename and move the focuses. Please fix!
