How do I make an event fire on its own after some days

What I mean is an event fires on its own after like 100 days in the game.

Put whatever the trigger is in to the "Trigger" box.
Make sure you don't check the "Is triggered only" box.
And then set the "Mean time to happen" to 100 (or however many days it should be).
