How to replace all focus trees
What I mean is I want to make all nations have a Generic focus tree.
ex for those countries who are not finished in a mod will have a generic focus tree

If you wanna replace the default generic focus tree, put "generic" into the "Focus Tree ID" when creating/editing a focus tree.
