Weird, not sure why you don't have labels showing for those.

But they are "Party name" and "Party name (long)".

For example, party name may be "CDU" and the long name "Christian Democratic Union".

The party name is what appears next to the ideology pie chart when examining the country, and the long name appears only when hovering over the party.
