Some focuses are being deleted when I enter a reward to my focuses. Below is my mods error log.

This could be an issue:

You have 2 "Blitzkrieg (Motorized 2)" focuses.

But I think the main issue is to do with the following focuses:

You also have a missing } at the end of the reward for "Fighters", "Bombers", and "Better Fighters"

In "Better Bombers" you need to add two } one after "cas_bomber" (on a new line, or put a space before the }) and one at the end.

This could be an issue:

 I have fixed those issues (at least I believe so) and also fixed a number of mistakes I had made before. Most being the } issue.

The file went from 1.07mb to 1.47mb when I removed the issues. However the same thing is still happening, the error log doesn't even look different.

I have checked the focuses that appear on the error log, most being navy related, but nothing looks wrong.

"Big Ships II" is also missing a } at the end of the reward

"Carrier Research", "Naval Doctrine", and "Improved Naval Doctrine" have a } at the start which shouldn't be there

Other than that, I can't see anything glaringly obvious.

Also I don't really like asking for help as it feels like it's my issue so that's why I kept saying sorry.
