It keeps saying i am missing a descriptor file every time i try to upload and download off of the paradox launcher, wtf do i do, and can someone take a look at my mod if thats possible..?

Did you create the mod through the launcher to begin with?

When creating the mod via the launcher, it will generate the relevant descriptor file and mod file.
