That's because when creating the country you called it something different to the name the game uses; Afghanistan

This determines the filename the site exports as, and the game will use when loading your mod. If the name is the same as a base-game country, your mod will overwrite it, if different then it will load it as a new country.

I've changed the filename to be Afghanistan, which is how it will show when you go to edit your country - again, this is only the filename, all names you have set for the different ideologies will show as you expect. So if you re-export now, it should show up as you expect.

If it doesn't show as you expect, if you can run the game in debug mode and share the error log, I'll see what else could be the issue.
