I noticed that I have two mods, not one, and I have a new computer. My new computer only has the bottom mod, which is the reason why I cannot update or improve my mod on my new computer. How do I get the mod on the top? It is the mod that I can update on my OLD computer. Do I jut have to create a whole new mod because I have a new computer?

That's strange. Your new computer shouldn't have access to the local mod (the top one) as that should be saved to your old computer's hard drive.

If that is a screenshot from your old PC, I would copy the local mod's folder to your new computer, and continue editing it as before.
