Custom Puppet Names

I am working on a mod that would have Indochina start as a puppet of France, like how India starts as the Raj with Pakistan and Burma, but I am not sure how to define the context based puppet names. How do you set it so Vietnam is named (Overlord Name) Indochina when it is a puppet, but named Vietnam when fully autonomous?
