I was just wondering how to change the in game map for HOI4?

while i am unaware of how to change the base game map in hoi4, if you are using this tool to make your mod, its suggested you add all the none-edge stuff after you are finished everything here so you can export it easily

If you mean change what nations own, then that is simple, on a nation screen, load the map file by pressing the button in the bottom left corner. Then, select your provinces for the nation and make sure the land is your selected option. then save. thats how to do that.

 wait for it to load. it takes a really long time and will stop responding on lower end computers
