Im trying to add a civ factory but i dont really know how, when i was selecting a reward for a focus this looked like it would add a civ factory, but im not sure how to do this, since it says REPLACE WITH UNIQUE IDENTIFIER and other stuff

The replace with unique identifier can be left as-is if you wish. However, I would recommend replacing it with something unique to the focus, e.g. "YOUR_FOCUS_NAME_Civ" - as the variable can be used to check which states have already had civs added to them.

But if you don't care about the same state getting randomly added civ factories from multiple focuses, it's safe to ignore.
