How can i add generals to the game?? i already have a portrait

If you are going to use them on a custom country/an edited country, then you are able to add them via the Country tool.

If not, you will need to create a custom character file, which isn't currently possible on this site, which contains all of your generals, their traits, etc. and then copy the country's history file to your mod, and recruit the custom characters.
