Help for expansion focuses
If all you want to do is check for manpower (I'm assuming that's what you're asking?) then you have a few options:
has_manpower > 500000
This will check the total manpower used (I believe - although, it may be for how much you have unused)
has_army_manpower = {
size > 500000
}
This is checking how much manpower is in the army
Checks if the current scope has the specified amount of manpower in their deployment queue.
amount_manpower_in_deployment_queue > 500000
How much manpower is in armies being trained.
army_manpower_in_state = {
type = infantry
amount > 500000
state = STATE_ID
}
How much manpower, from a specific type of unit, is in a specific state. (e.g. You may check there's at least 1000 men in Warsaw and prevent the Warsaw Uprising)
