How to make countries start out at war

There isn't a way to do this on the site unfortunately.
However, you can add the following code to the history file for the country you want to be the aggressor (e.g. Italy against Ethiopia).
if = {
limit = {
has_start_date < YYYY.MM.DD #This may need altering slightly if you have extra start dates, and want it to be in the "middle" one.
}
declare_war_on = {
target = TARGET_NATION
type = annex_everything
}
}
For example, if I wanted the UK to start at war with Ireland in the 1939 start date. I would add this to the UK's history file:

I want countries to be at war from the beginning and maybe have some provinces already occupied. Like how Italy is at war with Ethiopia.
