I´m creating my first mod and I´m wondering if you can create Traits to give to leaders.. I couldn´t find this anywhere so im wondering if it is possible. Also can you give portaraits to people that become leaders. Like when the head of the democratic party changes

you cant create traits with this tool you have to do it manually:

-create a country_leader folder in common

-create a file txt named 00_traits

-in the txt you can create new leader traits like this (remember to put them in leader traits)
