I have created a little test mod with a new country and no matter what i tried (yes i read the home page) it just dosn't work.
for now i exported my mod, decompiled my zip file, created a mod file trough the launcher called "Aplaknianmod", put the file in the folder, booted up the game heck even restarted my computer before and IT DIDN'T WORK
please help me with this

it turns out you have to put the mod folders only in your mod folder so yeaa
