Hi. I notice we can't put the "AI will do factor" in decisions.

Also, I would like to change the type numeric to character like trigger to put a default value and custom to add factor and conditions change the decision of the AI to choice this decision. Like by example the Anschluss of Austria, Austria have more chance to decline the vote if Austria is guaranteed and thinking they have a good army to defeat Germany.

Note: I know we can do that manually by edit the output files, but if I do a update, I need to re-edit the files.
