they are still converting there old website to a this one, a more accurate one,  so there should be states in the near future

 Its not actually too hard, You will make a new .txt file called [not taken number]-[name of the state] the inside of file should look like this and in provinces you will simply put the ids of provinces you want, just make sure to put the file where you are taking provinces from in the same folder and delete used provinces from tehre too
