It appears that when being created it failed to assign ideologies to the nation; this should now be fixed.

Still seems to be doing it, I could try remaking the mod, its not like I have anything on the mod itself since I just made it

Not sure how the site allowed you to create those countries.
The error is happening because you have no start dates or ideologies assigned to the country - the site is meant to error out when trying to create such a country.
You can edit the countries (see image below) to add start dates, and then ideologies back to them. However, as your mod is set to "Ideology Overhaul" you will need to add ideology types (at the bottom of the ideology tool) to allow your countries to have these ideologies - as the game uses the ideology type to determine which variant of the ideology the country follows (e.g. Stalinism or Marxism for Communism).

Same thing happening to me, but I don't have ideology overhaul on or anything like that for that matter, its all turned off
I try to use states, research etc, and I saw on a post that its about the ideology overhaul whatever its called, however I don't have that enabled or anything else for that matter. Despite that the same error screen appears when I make a country, and even then im unable to do anything with it really. The error highlighted something with "ideology" but I don't have that button set, and I wanna keep all the other countries in the game, so I don't wanna completley remake all the ideologies.
I also tested on Firefox, and while I was technically able to drag it on firefox, it was incredibly wonky and I could only move it up and down and occasionally right
Im using Google Chrome, and I just double checked and I cannot drag still.
While the new UI isn't the worst, its just massive, everything is large and makes it quite tedious to use, especially with all the scrolling needing to be done when doing things like looking for the right focus icon. Secondly, I find it quite annoying that focus icons are no longer draggable, a feature which was very useful in the prior build, but is absent in this one.
