I can't see the focus at 11/2 on your focus tree, so I'll just ask if it was prerequisite of the one at 7/1.

If so, this is normal behaviour. The game won't render prerequisite lines going upwards (or mutually exclusive lines, when the focuses are on different Y axis)

 the prerequisite is on 7,1. The focus in question is on 11,2. It should reach, but it just doesn't show a line. The focus on the left and the focus you can't see are on the same y axis, and there is no question about how far the mutually exclusive lines can reach, looking at the German focus tree.

you can't see it here, but the top focus is on x7 y1, and I have a focus on x11 y2 which doesn't have the lines.

Not too sure what you mean. If your focus tree expands beyond the right/bottom of your screen, you should be able to scroll to those areas.

can you make it so focus trees expand the opposite direction when you make a focus tree there? Mine just went off-screen
