Is there a way I can unassign land from a country so it is not owned by any nation? If not, can I import another map that is empty?

I re-exported it and updated the mod and the issue still exists.

Hello, I was creating a mod for testing reasons, which include getting to know the tools of this website better.

I noticed the names of political advisors are non-existent, and cannot be selected. The names are simply "Demo_test", "Red_Test", "Fascist_Test". I assigned the traits of  democratic_reformer, communist_revolutionary, and  fascist_demagogue respectively. 

If I could get help in fixing this issue, or can be told I'm missing something very important, please let me know.
