Did you go to the select states menu?

 I tried this many times for the Arslanli hoi4 mod, but I was not successful. Do I need the Hoi4 dlc?

 Did you export the mod?

 Yes. But the site is broken :/ Or is it related to Hearts of Iron IV or is it just me I don't understand?

 when you export a mod, what do you do next?

 I would create a mod in Hearts of Iron IV and import it. Before, we were able to transfer our mode properly, but now for some reason I am in a situation that is wrong or caused by me.

I made a country in my Hoi4 mod. And I gave him the land of a country. But no matter what I do. How can I solve this, the lands of that country are still not available? For example: I made a country called Arslanlı. And I wanted to take Turkey's lands and make such a country. But I couldn't figure out whether it was a mistake on the site or something I couldn't figure out.
