Hey hoping someone can help 

I’m trying to create a mod where several Asian counties unit, but I want the game to generate field officers from the constitution nation with the correct names and portraits.

So, I want it to generate generic field officers for a single country, example  

A Vietnamese officer with the corresponding Vietnamese name and portraits,

and then a 3 Siamese officers with corresponding Thai names,

and then 2 Cambodia officer with corresponding Cambodia name and portraits

but all of these would be officer commanding division within a single country

 Unfortunately, as far as I am aware this is not possible. If someone else can help you, I apologize for the misinformation, but I don't think its possible. Maybe try and mess around with the site to explore the functionality that it does have. This sucks. It has tons of bugs, things never work. I will mod the game the normal way without your stupid buggy tools!!

 If you want to F**king hate keep it to yourself, How about you make a website to make HOI4 mods. This website works more then fine. You are just not appreciative of what this website has to offer.

I have made a mod and have 0 clue how to add it to hoi4 and play it. Do I need any files? I just want to know how you add a mod to hoi4, from exportation to the hoi4 launcher. 

Not sure if i am blind but i have no clue how to add someone to help dev

 You have to hover over the account button and click "User search". Then you must search up the person that you are adding's username in the search bar. Click on the person and then click add to team. There you will be able to add the person to the mod you want to.

You will need to create two different options for the event, and have the AI chance be a percentage of how likely the AI should pick it.

So for 90% chance to do option A and 10% for option B, the AI chance would be 9 & 1 respectively

I am trying to make a focus like the "demand Sudetenland" focus. I want there to be a chance the country refuses to give the land and you get a war goal. how do you do this?

I am haveing troubles finding the mod in the drop down

I have made a mod but have no clue how to upload it. The youtube videos dont help at all!
