So you would change the country's ideology, like so:

which do I put that for the reward or the effect?

 

To play as the revolutionists, you will need to switch your country to the revolutionary ideology, in this case communism, then start a civil war with the country's initial ideology (e.g. democratic).

I want to do a communist revolt but how do you be the side that goes on the civil war because when I do it im still the country not the communist
