It's a flat number. Say for example, you wrote it as:-

add_popularity = { ideology = fascism popularity = 0.1 }

That would add 10% support for the fascist party in-game.

Strange. I went onto your profile to check and there are no mods there.

This is likely something you're going to have to ask the dev of this website for help on - I believe they left a few socials in one of their latest posts. Good luck with getting it back!

Alternatively, you can also use unlock_national_focus = [Focus ID goes here] if you wish to bypass a focus rather than complete it.

I've noticed that the base-game allows national spirits to be modified through focuses, such as The Politburo for the Soviet Union that can have its modifiers changed through focuses in The Centre sub-branch. With this website, the only way to replicate this in a sense is by swapping national spirits.It'd be a nice and especially useful addition if the ability to modify spirits was added to this website, as it'd save people from having to jump through numerous hoops with creating several different ones and swapping them out.
