Seeking Members for Millenium Dawn Africa Expansion

I'm relatively inexperienced with HOI4 modding, but I've got to start somewhere, so I wanted to focus on Millenium Dawn's Africa. Multiple things in Africa are inaccurate in the current state of the mod, particularly with some civil wars not represented at all, such as the Mali War. My goal for this project is to give these countries and rebels focus trees to make the experience more enjoyable.
