Custom puppet names and custom states

Basically configuring the names of the country when it's puppeted by another country as well as the flag for ex. if Albania is a puppet of Greece it could be called "Alvaniko Kratos"

Oh and also custom states which is self-explanatory

When i try to open the trait selector in the website and select a trait for the leader the list of traits doesn't show up, does anyone have an explanation for why that happens and how do i fix it?
