i need help with focuses

i am new to modding and though it would be easier to use this website, even if i can only do simple mods.I am trying to do a belgium aditional branch to the BASIC focus tree of gottardamerung.When i import the focus tree from the dlc, all focuses are "undefined".I read it was due to the localisation file but i cannot find the one i need, does anyone here know where it is (i already looked on google and found nothing)
