I fill all the files but my country simply will not appear

I've had a similar problem before. If you aren't using Country Override for your mod, make sure no other countries have control of states that your country has control over, otherwise, your country won't appear.

Can you explain how I use Country override please i have been stuck for a month.

To turn on Country Override, click Your Mods, click on your mod, then there should be the option to edit your mod. Click Country Override to turn that on. The only problem with this is that it removes every country, so for a mod like the rework you seem to be making, it would probably be better to instead edit the country files of any countries that have states in the same place your reworked country does and remove it from them.

So wait lets say i dont use country override how do i just remove one specific country say greece which i want to rework?

I'm not entirely sure about that, but if you made a new country in your mod with the same tag as Greece (GRE I think) then you can simply remove all states from Greece and load your mod, I think it might remove Greece and make your country papear?

I'll test it thanks for the advice although if it doesnt work then i might need more help

 So i tried the country override, did nothing

Hmm I'm not sure what you would need to do then
