Have you uploaded the mod to Steam before, and are subscribed to that (whether it's active or not doesn't matter)?

If so, that could be why. I've seen a few people say that their local version doesn't work, but their Steam version does.

So my mod is supposed to work but it doesn't work on my pc. 

I dont know why, some guy tried to help and it worked for him.

If so, try disabling other mods as one of them may be editing Greece's files - causing your files to be ignored

No, i made sure its the only mod active.

 

why does it not work for me but it does for you ?

Then probably there is something terribly wrong which i cant seem to figure out. It still does nothing for me.

Then WHY DOES IT EXPORT FEWER FILES FOR ME ?

Yeah, you'll possibly have fewer files, as those screenshots are from another mod I have.

And yeah, I have BftB active.

I just tried it it did nothing. Do you the Battle for the Bosporus DLC activated?  Also I think my export has fewer files
