When I was Importing Frances' Focus tree and the Localization files 90% of the focus's where ether wrongly connected,  undefined, or just missing. What did I do wrong?

Which localisation file did you use? I believe you need to use the Man the Guns localisation file.

Now that I look through it I think I used the wrong one, where would I find the La Resistance file?

Same place you got the other one, though it will be called "lar_focus_l_[language]"
