Like last time I put in the national_focus of france.txt and the localization file for la resistance and the focus tree is still bugging out, I don't have a computer that can run hoi4 so I don't know if its just a graphical problem or an actual problem.

What is the problem you're seeing?

The focuses have the wrong icon, no prerequisite, mutually exclusive lines, or aren't there
