National ideas not being added
Which mod are you having this issue with? Also could you give an example of focus, and the focus tree it is in, which is giving this issue?

It's the nations for states mod in my profile. In the focus tree of Jaxa, there are 7 focuses meant to give national ideas, with none of them working. The picture i took is the modernization of weapons focus, but as i said previously, this goes for all focuses that are supposed to add national ideas.
It's kinda weird because in that same mod, there is a herzegovina focus tree (which im not working on anymore) which has focuses that give national ideas and there, they actually do give national ideas.
(Edit : I finally fixed it. I left this case for a while though)

So in the ideas file, if the name of the idea is some random letters (they change every time you export it, i made a post about it on the forums), go to the file of the focus tree, then replace the name of the idea you wanted to add with that name (make sure none of them are capitalized)
What i mean is that in the focus tree, for example, if it says "add_ideas = incompetant_army", but in the ideas file it's something like VLeHgjzc, just replace "incompetant_army" with whatever the name of the idea you intended to add in the ideas file. I hope i could explain

Whenever i complete a focus that is supposed to add a national idea, the tooltip just says this
