Can you clarify more? If you meant the new ideology doesn't show up in game, you need to set party popularities. If you mean on the website, you need to refresh, if it doesn't work past that, I'm not sure.

wdym "also when i set the states, the states of the other nations dont appear"? and the first thing is yes, itll give the effect/bonus to the nation the focus tree is for, that goes for all the things.
