When a mod is exported, it only exports like 3 focuses and the rest just aren't exported.

Which mod are you having this issue with?

If the exporter encounters an error with a particular focus tree, it will skip over it and just export the ones it can. However, the only time I really ever see it with focus trees is when a focus had a custom GFX which was deleted.
