So if you don't know, when you export a mod it exports as a ZIP file. you gotta extract the file, go into the file extracted from the ZIP, and move the actual files into the mod folder.
Also, all flags load upside down. IDK why, but if you turn them upside down before you put them in the website, it looks normal in game. Also, for anyone wondering, you don't need to put on an overlay, just make the flag normally.
If you put in the name of an in-game character as a leader, I'm 70% sure it puts in their in-game portrait.
If you create a country before an ideology, it won't have access to the ideology.
