The Leader Portrait Matches. Why Does the Trailer Ignore the New Pose?
A character portrait can be the strongest piece of visual identity in a Hearts of Iron IV mod. That makes it an obvious reference for a short announcement trailer. It can also become a trap: the face and uniform stay recognizable, but the generated character keeps returning to the portrait's original straight-on pose, even when the shot calls for them to turn toward a map or speak to another figure....

So if you don't know, when you export a mod it exports as a ZIP file. you gotta extract the file, go into the file extracted from the ZIP, and move the actual files into the mod folder....
