What do i put in "set_state_flag" in building factorys?

I have a industry tree but it doesn't show up for some reason. The log in debug mode said
[18:54:02][persistent.cpp:52]: Error: "Unexpected token: focus, near line: 455" in file: "common/national_focus/autria-focus.txt" near line: 501

I think it's because of the set_state_flag. Can someone help me?...

Foucuses Ddisappeared?

i got a huge problem. I wanted to make a monarchist path for Austria. But after i did that many of the foucuses that worked before disappeared?! The 3 monarchist focuses doesnt even have any rewardsThats how it looked in Hoi4

Thats how it should have looked.

What could be the problem there?! Any events or decisions I made? I dont even use them. I just dont undestand how focuses just disappear. Even once which has no Rewards or anything. Also the connections and Exclusive connections bug at some foucuses. They doesn't show up only if i drag the focus a bit then they appear agin. What could be the problem?...
