How do you create a custom variable for decisions

So i want to make a variable that will create if you make a focus. After that you get a decistion where you can get support against the anschluss. If you complete one of the decisions you get 10 added to this variable created from the focus. Also after you did all the decistions i want to check if the value of the variable is a specific value.
