i dont know how to run the game in debug mode

YOu go to steam, right click on HoI4 in your library, then go to Properties and then theres a blank space for start options and there you write "-debug" (without the " "). That's how you can enable the debug mode. Whe nstarting the game, a text file will pop up (i think it's called error.log or something like that) and it contains all the error messages from your game. Those messages can help solve errors and crashes.

Is that all that is in the file? You should post every single thing that is in the text file
