Is there a way to import a mod so that you can mod it yorself?

There isn't a way to do whole mods, but you are able to import the specific parts for each tool.

E.g. Create a focus tree and import the German focus tree from Kaiserreich, or create an event list and add in the events for the USA from Milennium Dawn

Very helpfull,thank you
