Okay so theres my idea:I want too make a National Spirit, that will add 10%+ more political power per day but decrease stability, theres currently no way to do a custom trait(i think) and i would love for one to appear, that would enhance my modding idea's

You can use Visual Studio Code to edit/ make traits via the 00_traits.txt
