I created my own country and was working on the country's economic law and political advisors, and when I tried to add the effects of economic law, there were trait of country leaders (such as Warrior Code, Dictator) , so what should I do?

Is there no way to modify the existing file?

Is there no way to modify the existing file?Instead of adding a new focus, I want to know how to change the focus of existing games.
